1. Where to Send the Request
Send deletion requests to hello.orbitar@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Information to Include
To help us identify the correct records, include:
- Your full name.
- Your company or business name.
- The WhatsApp phone number, business number, or email address related to the request.
- The Orbitar chatbot, project, or service involved.
- A short description of what data you want deleted.
3. Verification
Orbitar may request reasonable verification before deleting data, to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized requests.
4. Processing Timeline
Once a valid request is verified, Orbitar will process the request within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to backup schedules, security logging, legal retention obligations, and any client-controlled system dependencies.
5. Important Note for End Users
If you interacted with a WhatsApp chatbot operated for one of Orbitar’s business clients, that client may control the underlying conversation record and business workflow. In those cases, Orbitar may coordinate the request with the relevant client before deletion is completed.
